Window film is installed on the inside of your windows but in order for is to fit properly we cut and shape the film on the outside. We remove the liner and apply water to the piece of film before moving it to the inside and when there is excess dirt and debris on the exterior of the car, there is a chance some of that can be transferred from the car to the film.
In order for you to get the best possible installation on your automobile we ask that you clean the exterior of you car prior to our arrival. We don't mean a full service detail, just a quick wipe down or rinse with a hose to remove the dirt and debris from the outside. Don't worry about the inside we take care of that prior to installation.
Unfortunately being in a mobile environment it is impossible to remove all of the chances of something ending up between the film and the glass, it can even happen in shops as well. Cleaning the car helps minimize the chance of blemishes and allows us to give you the best installation possible. I think we can both agree that is the ultimate goal of our relationship!
